- I receive notice of the transfer of the servicing of my loan to Associated Bank, how do I make my loan payment?

You received notice of the transfer of servicing of your loan to Associated Bank, National Association. You can make your payments on the Associated Bank serviced loan to Associated Bank. Your check should be made payable to Associated Bank.

- The sale of your loan to MidCountry Finance will not affect your payment, term, payment due date or interest charges on your current loan. Your check should be made payable to MidCountry Finance.
- Were all Riverside Finance loans sold?
- Riverside customers with an open mortgage loans and a select number of consumer loan customers were transferred to Associated Bank for servicing. Because you have received this letter, your consumer loan was sold.
- Can I make my payment at an Associated Bank branch?
- No. All payments must be made to MidCountry Finance at the location that is currently servicing your account.
- How does this sale affect my Associated Bank account?
- This change has no affect on Associated Bank accounts or the relationship between Associated Bank and Associated Bank customers.
- How do I contact the Riverside Finance office that services my account?
- All the former Riverside Finance locations have been re-opened by MidCountry Finance. For contact information, please visit the appropriate website.

- I have my payment automatically withdrawn from my bank account. Will that need to be changed?
- If you currently have an automatic recurring payment set-up through Riverside Finance, it will continue to be processed by MidCountry Finance. There is no action needed on our part for these payments to continue.
- I received a letter stating my account had been sold. Where do I make my next payment?
- All the former Riverside Finance locations have been re-opened by MidCountry Finance. You can mail your payment or drop it off at the same location servicing your loan. Make your check payable to MidCountry Finance.
- I have more than one loan with Riverside Finance. Can I pay both payments at the same location?

You would have received notification for every open loan that was sold to MidCountry Finance. Loans sold to MidCountry Finance can be paid at your original servicing branch. Your check should be payable to MidCountry Finance.
If you received notice that your servicing was transferred to Associated Bank, you can make your payments on the Associated Bank serviced loan to Associated Bank. For more information, call Associated Bank’s Customer Care, toll free at 1-800-242-2470. Your check should be made payable to Associated Bank.

- Setting up a new wage assignment would be beneficial but not immediately necessary. We would encourage you to change the payee in the near future. Doing so will expedite the wage assignment being applied to your account.

- Yes, all opt-out requests will be honored by MidCountry Finance and Riverside Finance.
- What type of loans do you make?
- MidCountry Finance makes loans starting at $500 for automobiles, car repairs, home improvement, monthly expenses, vacations, gift-giving or whatever you need. We are a consumer finance company solely focused on servicing customers’ personal loan needs.
- Do you make mortgage loans?
- Although mortgage or home equity loans are not made directly by MidCountry Finance, a full array of competitive mortgage products is available through MidCountry Bank. - I have filed bankruptcy in the past. Can I qualify for a MidCountry Finance loan?
- We make it a regular practice of assisting individuals with previous credit problems, tight budgets and past bankruptcies. We cannot help every customer with these credit issues.
- How long does it take to obtain a loan?
- In many cases, you can obtain your check the same day you apply. The application process is quick, easy and performed by phone or in person. Once approved, the loan is closed in one of six convenient locations.
- If I have had past credit issues, will I qualify for a MidCountry Finance loan?
- We make it a regular practice of assisting individuals with previous credit problems, tight budgets and past bankruptcies. We cannot help every customer with these credit issues.
- Do you use credit scores to make your decisions?
- Yes, credit scores are considered in our loan underwriting process. However, we pride ourselves on examining your current situation, finding ways to overcome credit obstacles and assisting individuals with less than perfect credit history.
- Can I apply online?
- Online applications are not yet available. However, this capability will be offered in the near future.
- Can I get access to my account information online?
- Access to your payment history, account information, current amount due and online payment capability will be provided in the near future.
- Do you send monthly billing statements?
- MidCountry Finance provides regular monthly printed statements. In the near future, our customers will have the option of obtaining electronic statements and automated payment reminders.
- Online applications
- The convenience of 24/7 online applications will be provided in the near future. If you have a lending need, we encourage you to call the local MidCountry location. In many cases, you can obtain your check the same day.
- Online account access
- Future 24/7 online account access will provide you with specific information about your account, payment history, current amount due, payment capability and much more.
- Online payment capability
- In the near future, online payments will be allowed through your checking or savings account. Currently, we offer payments by phone during regular business hours in any of our MidCountry Finance locations.
- Financial Education Resources
- Understanding and managing your finances can be a challenge and we will be offering a full array of financial education programs, material, tools and other resources to assist you improving your financial situation.
- Electronic statements
- Electronic statements and automated payment reminders are on the horizon. Each will be available in the near future online 24/7. Currently our customers receive printed monthly statements.
